Elevator service technician — Vermilion Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
