Shop floor worker • Caswell County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Caswell County, North Carolina. The job is on the shop floor of a garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Requirements: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
