Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
