Great opportunity: we are hiring a body shop technician in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Day to day you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Full-time, day shift. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
