Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Forest County, Wisconsin. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
