Immediate opening: powder coater (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Washington County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
