Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Day-to-day duties: • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
