Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Anchorage Municipality

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Anchorage Municipality, Alaska. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
