Tyre technician • Langtang South, Plateau State

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre technician in Langtang South, Plateau State. The job is in a commercial truck tyre depot. The role involves: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench Requirements: • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Awareness of workshop health and safety • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
