Tig welder wanted in Houston County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tig welder in Houston County, Georgia. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
