Immediate opening: grill cook (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Lincoln County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
