Now hiring: electrostatic spray painter (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Loudon County, Tennessee. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
