Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Cheyenne County, Nebraska. The role involves remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Rotating shifts.
