Container truck driver wanted in Mills County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a container truck driver in Mills County, Texas. You will be based at a logistics warehouse. On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
