Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
