Powder coater • Hinds County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Hinds County, Mississippi. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
