Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Douglas County, Missouri. Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
