Confectioner wanted in Rowan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Rowan County, Kentucky. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
