Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in City of Newport News, Virginia. The job is at a car service centre. On the job you will handle: • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
