Conventional mill operator • North Lincolnshire, England

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in North Lincolnshire, England. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
