You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
