Gang bricklayer • Renville County, North Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Renville County, North Dakota. You will work on a busy housing site. Day-to-day duties: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
