Gas metal arc welder — Navarro County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Navarro County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On a typical shift you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
