Kitchen steward wanted in Grand Isle County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Grand Isle County, Vermont. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
