Tandoor cook wanted in Richland County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Richland County, South Carolina. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
