Aluminium tig welder wanted in Carmarthenshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
