We are recruiting: powder coating line operator (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Boyle County, Kentucky. You will be based at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Pay around $10,750 per project, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
