Immediate opening: beldar (Akwa Ibom State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a beldar in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will work with a civil contractor. You should have: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Day-to-day duties: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Rotating shifts.
