We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint sprayer in Hot Springs County, Wyoming. You will be based on a residential building site. The role involves: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Performance bonus on top of base pay.
