Great opportunity: halal butcher (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Carbon County, Montana. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
