Pot washer • Mercer County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
