Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Gosper County, Nebraska. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Day to day you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; write and edit G-code programs at the control; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
