Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Rankin County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
