Quality control inspector — Erie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Erie County, New York. You will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
