Dishwashing attendant • Cook County, Illinois

Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Cook County, Illinois. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Six days a week, one day off.
