Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
