Gas meter installer wanted in Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Grant County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing 1+ years on the tools preferred.
