Great opportunity: uPVC door and window fabricator (Scotland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Eilean Siar, Scotland. On the job you will handle: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
