We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Mineral County, Montana. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
