Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Warren County, North Carolina. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day to day you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; check for underground cables and services before digging. Requirements: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
