Join our team: we are hiring a factory worker in Adams County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; operate and feed production machines on the line; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; change over tooling and settings between product runs; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch. Requirements: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
