Paint and prep technician wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Lincoln County, South Dakota. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. You will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
