Chef de partie wanted in Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Marion County, Alabama. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
