The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Rotating shifts.
