Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
