Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Greene County, Indiana. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day to day you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
