Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in George County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends.
