Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Clay County, Minnesota. You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
