QC technician wanted in Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Jefferson County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems The role involves: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
