Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On a typical shift you will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly.
